Come to our Grand Re-Opening
Join us Thursday, April 4 , 9am, for the Puyallup Sumner Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at our new location. There will be an Open House April 4, 5 and 6 from 10am to 4pm with door prizes, refreshments, tours, and bookstore discounts. Come meet our staff of volunteers, ask questions, search for your lost relatives and sign up for a class.
We're in the Linden Park Business complex at 2102 E. Main Ave., Suite #105, Puyallup WA 98372.
Members have remote access to MyHeritage data base and Ancestry Library from home! We have in-person and zoom classes, sign up in the HQRL Store.
Click on links in the left column for even more genealogy resources.
Welcome to Heritage Quest Research Library!
Heritage Quest Research Library is a nonprofit genealogy library, a 501(c)(3), in Puyallup, Washington, managed and staffed entirely by volunteers. HQRL's collection includes books (over 16,000 titles), and microfiche; this facility also houses a bookstore where you can purchase genealogy books, family tree forms/charts, software and supplies.
Benefits of HQRL membership - why pay for individual data base subscriptions at home when an HQRL membership pays for six genealogy data bases for you to access at our library. If you want us to research for you, click here for instructions.
The Heritage Quest Research Library can be reached at (253) 863-1806. Consider taking an 9n-person or on-line class with us, or pay for a membership to access multiple genealogy data bases from our library computers.
We hope to see you soon!
The library is closed on Sundays.
We are closed when the Puyallup School District is closed for inclement weather.
HQRL is a FamilySearch Affiliate!
This is great news for our Society and genealogy researchers!
When you come into the Heritage Quest Research Library and use our computers to access FamilySearch.org, you will have increased access to records previously only available at a Family History Center. With Family History Centers closed, we offer an in-house alternative.
Come in and see what you can find!
